Due Diligence
We evaluate the feasibility of your project at a specific location and ID potential roadblocks. This will allow you to change course early in the process and reallocate resources onto viable projects when necessary.
We’ll evaluate your project from multiple angles. We’ll work to identify the jurisdictional agencies that will have a say in your project to confirm their requirements. We’ll review local zoning and development ordinances to evaluate if your project fits or will require variances or rezoning.
We’ll evaluate utility availability and other professional assessments such as geotechnical reports, and phase I ESAs. When applicable, we’ll also evaluate how DOT requirements impact your project.
Concept Plans
Our goal is to develop a plan that meets the client’s needs and fits within local requirements and physical constraints. We’ll develop concepts to help the client meet their objectives in a cost-effective way
Land Development Design
We’ll work from a conceptual plan to develop drawings for permit applications and construction.
This includes drawings, details, calculations and reports that will be required to secure permits. We’ll also coordinate with other consultants to achieve consistency in design
Stormwater Management Design
Public agencies want to ensure that new developments will not add an additional burden to their stormwater systems or create flood conditions.
We develop designs and calculations, drawings, details, and reports to meet local and state (NPDES) stormwater requirements
Permitting Services
We’ll work with agencies throughout the permitting process, providing applications and deliverables to help secure approvals as quickly as possible.
This includes applications of various types including site plan approvals, variances, rezoning, stormwater, NPDES, county, DOT, and other local, state and federal agencies.
Construction Services
We can provide support to the construction team as needed.
